What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site work, remember your preferences or measure how it is used, for example.
This policy also covers similar technologies that store or read information on your device: local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage), pixels or web beacons, tracking tags, SDKs and device identification techniques. On this page we call them all "cookies".
Applicable law
- Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), where cookies involve personal data.
- Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy and electronic communications.
- The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) Guide on the use of cookies, updated in 2023, and European Data Protection Board (EDPB) Guidelines 05/2020 on consent and 2/2023 on the technical scope of Art. 5(3) of the Directive.
Types of cookies
By who manages them
- First-party: sent and managed by RENEWEARTH SL from automationlab.agency.
- Third-party: sent and managed by another entity (for example, Google or Meta), which processes the data obtained.
By purpose
- Technical or necessary: enable basic operation, security, load balancing and remembering your cookie choice. They do not require consent.
- Preference or personalisation: remember options such as language or region.
- Analytics or measurement: let us count visits and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Behavioural advertising: build a profile from your browsing to show you relevant ads, measure campaigns or retarget you on other sites and social networks.
By duration
- Session: deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent: remain for the period stated in the table in section 6 unless you delete them sooner. We keep their duration to what is strictly necessary for their purpose.
Consent-exempt cookies
Under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE, cookies used solely to transmit communications, or strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested, do not need your consent. This includes session, security and load-balancing cookies, cookies for interface options you chose (such as language) and the cookie that stores your cookie choice.
All other cookies are only set after you accept them. Until you decide, or if you reject them, they are not loaded.
How we obtain your consent
On your first visit you will see a notice with basic information and three equally prominent options: Accept all, Reject all and Settings. Under "Settings" you can choose by purpose.
- Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, and given by a clear affirmative action. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the notice does not count as acceptance.
- Boxes for optional cookies are unticked by default.
- Rejecting is as easy as accepting and will not stop you using the site: we do not use cookie walls.
- We store your choice for 12 months. After that, or if our cookies change significantly, we will ask you again. The AEPD recommends that validity not exceed 24 months.
- We keep a record of your consent (date, policy version and options chosen, linked to a random identifier) so we can demonstrate it, as required by Art. 7(1) GDPR.
- Where we use Google tools, we apply Google Consent Mode so its tags respect your choice.

This site's cookies in your browser now
This list shows, in real time, the first-party cookies for this domain that your browser has stored and that the page can read. Third-party cookies and those marked HttpOnly are not shown.
Embedded content
Some pages include YouTube videos, social media posts or other third-party content. This content only loads if you accept cookies in the relevant category. Until then you will see a placeholder with a button to load it. Where possible, we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
How to withdraw or change your consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, using the button on this page or the "Cookies" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior use.
When you withdraw consent, we stop setting those cookies. To remove ones already stored, delete them in your browser (section 10).
Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block technical cookies, some parts of the site may not work.
To turn off personalised advertising, visit Google Ad Settings, Meta ad preferences or Your Online Choices. To opt out of Google Analytics on all sites, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Third parties and international transfers
The third parties listed in the table process data obtained through their cookies under their own policies, which we recommend you read:
- Google (Analytics, Ads, YouTube) and how Google uses data from sites that use its services
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- TikTok
- Cloudflare
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. Transfers rely on the adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for certified companies, or on European Commission standard contractual clauses (Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR). Where we act as joint controller with a platform (for example, in Meta ad measurement), we do so under the joint controller terms the platform provides.
Personal data and your rights
Where cookies can identify you, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), except for technical cookies, which are based on our legitimate interest in the site working and being secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and complain to the AEPD, as explained in our Privacy policy and on our Data deletion page.
Minors
This site is not aimed at children under 14. Children under that age cannot accept optional cookies without the consent of their parents or guardians (Art. 7 LOPDGDD).
Updates to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year and whenever the cookies we use change. If a change affects the purposes or third parties, we will ask for your consent again.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Spanish and English versions of this policy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
